Thank you for your responses to our “Go Green” letter. If you did not receive one, please call the office to give us your e-mail address. With this you can save $1.00 on your monthly rental rate. Also you may choose to not receive an invoice by mail or e-mail. This will also save you the $1.00.Please contact your office for details.

We have begun the yearly review of our rental agreements. You may receive one or more pages of the agreement in the mail, any initials or signatures that are missing need to be signed and returned to the office promptly. Thank you.

For those of you that are storing in our winter boat building, please contact your office to schedule a pick up time. Remember the boats must be removed on April 1, 2009.

Kentucky Avenue Self Storage is now renting temperature controlled units. Call to reserve your unit. It shouldn’t be much longer before the heat/air is on. We are waiting for the cold to break, and then we will get that assembled as soon as possible.
