Our upcoming weather conditions remind us of the dangers of freezing temperatures, rain, and snow. Our facility surfaces may by icy and slippery in some spots.
If you have something you need to get out of your unit, we recommend doing that as soon as possible. Most of our facilities have a perimeter gate system. The gate operator functions from electricity. If power is lost at the property, the gates and the doors to the climate-controlled building will not be operable.
We will do everything to make sure that all gates and doors are working properly, but certain conditions may be beyond our control.
We will remove snow around the office, gate entrances, gate exits and a center pass through the aisles. We have several properties that will need attention and our staff is committed to working as quickly as safely possible. So please, be patience with us and use caution should you need to visit your storage unit.
We have SALT available in our Kiosk Room for your convenience. Don't forget to have a snow shovel or broom with you should you need to remove a small amount snow from the front of your storage unit door to gain access.
Parking space access (if applicable) may also be limited based on the amount of snow and ice on the property.
